The personal assistant service is designed to help our clients achieve their goals and develop their projects in an innovative manner, by allocating one or more employees who work directly with the client and provide support services. Support options and duration may vary depending on your subscription.
Public policies
1. Before starting work, the customer must specify the type of subscription, including the duration of the subscription, and the main and secondary requirements required of the personal assistant. Accordingly, the appropriate personal assistant is selected by us and the necessary procedures are taken. Some cases may require the work of more than one personal assistant, directly or indirectly.
2. The customer must pay in advance for the personal assistant service, and any additional periods or requirements are automatically calculated according to work requirements and conditions, and an invoice is issued according to developments.
3. From time to time the company may have to re-strategize the business, including replacing, adding or reducing …..
4. A working day is generally defined as 6 consecutive hours during the official working hours of a company from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
5. The schedule (working hours / working days) shall be organized in accordance with the policy of prior coordination with a sufficient period of time prior to the actual date. Any request otherwise is considered an urgent request and has its own considerations.
6. In special cases that require work after the official working hours of a company, an additional cost of 90% is charged.
7. The tariff for calculating (working hours / working days) may change according to the type of subscription or the nature of the regular or urgent request.
8. Any urgent request is subject to separate evaluation and costing from the previous schedule.
9. The subscriber to the annual technical support package gets a discount of up to 25%
